Data we collect

This site does no advertising profiling and never sells your data.

When you write to us or book a slot, we receive what you choose to share: name, email address and the content of your message. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in replying.

If you order a print, we process what is needed to fulfil it: identity, delivery and billing address. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Your browser stores your language preference locally, and a promotional code if you enter one. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Retention

Commercial correspondence is kept for the duration of the relationship, then archived in line with Estonian accounting obligations (seven years for supporting documents).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.

To exercise these rights, write to [email protected].

You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon — aki.ee).

Processors

Hosting and delivery are provided by Cloudflare. Appointment booking uses Google Calendar, subject to Google's privacy policy.

Terms of sale

Last updated: August 2026

Scope and seller

These terms govern the sale of photographic prints by Adrien Beaucheix Creative Solutions OÜ (registry code 17133314), hereafter "the Seller".

Products

The works offered are limited-edition photographic prints, signed and numbered, made to order by the artist. Each print comes with a certificate of authenticity stating its number within the edition.

Available sizes and prices are shown on each work's page.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in euros. Shipping costs are stated before the order is finalised.

Orders are placed by contacting the Seller from the shop. An order becomes binding once the Seller confirms it in writing and payment is received.

Production and delivery

As each print is made to order, production time is required before shipping; it is confirmed to you when the order is accepted.

Works are shipped in rigid protective packaging. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery of the parcel.

Right of withdrawal

Under European consumer law you have fourteen days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason.

The work must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition; return shipping is at your expense. Refunds are issued within fourteen days of receiving the return.

Warranties and disputes

Statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects apply.

These terms are governed by Estonian law. In the event of a dispute an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the Estonian courts have jurisdiction. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
